Is there a toggle to select the design stage for all elements in the current file? I have a lot of corridors, and would like to toggle the design stage to 'DESIGN' or 'FINAL TOP MESH' for all.

The best way would probably be to select all the corridors or linear templates (under Civil Objects) in project explorer while you have the properties dialog open. You can then just change the Design stage in one go from the properties dialog.
