I have inherited a model and inRoads files from another company who I cannot contact for help in how they created the model or what version of inRoads/Microstation they used.
The issue I am experiencing is when I am in Roadway Designer, the

RE: End Conditions Not Showing Up in Surface

I don't think it would be a version type issue, but what is the exact version of InRoads you are using (i.e. 08.11.07.615)?

Since you can see it solving in the Roadway Designer, I would think it should solve when the surface is created. There are two things I would suggest to look at:

1. Do you have any clipping turned on? In the Roadway Designer, go to the Create Surface command and there is a button for 'Clipping Options'. Check in here to see if you have any clipping on. It could be clipping the end conditions only so they don't get created when you create the surface.

2. When you run the Create Surface command, toggle on the option for 'Empty Surface' so it can clear out any features from the design surface and create the surface new/fresh. If there was any sort of exterior boundary created from a previous run, that feature could still exist in the surface and could be controlling the triangulation inadvertently.
