Hello,
Key Stations allow the user to place a station in a corridor that does not occur at a template interval. The Key Station could be used to indicate the driveway of a particular business or indicate the entrance into facility.

Good Morning,
I'm resurrecting this thread because I have a follow-up question with respect to the current version of ORD. I'm able to designate key stations for driveways that aren't located at an established template interval, but I can't figure out how to add them to a named boundary group so that they appear as a cross section model as well as in the cross section sheets. I found another article that suggested using event points. Do you have a recommendation?
Following,
Any answers or solutions?
I'd have to go through the process again to give you specifics, but I created an Event Point List that includes each driveway cross section. I believe there's a pulldown menu when creating named boundaries that gives you the option to include the list.
Thanks, i'm working on that process now. But it was so much easier to toggle key stations on in Inroads when creating sections.
