I was hoping that the export to dgn option would yield me a MicroStation file that I can manipulate but that doesn't seem to be the case. I am unable to manipulate any lines, shapes, etc., I cant even drop the elements. Am I doing something wrong? If this is the case, then I don't see the purpose of the export to dgn function.
Go to reference windows, select the model, right click: merge into master. That should work

Thanks Jeremie. I did that but in order to do anything, you have to drop multiple times and when you do, the colors of the shaded areas change, and some things still cannot be manipulated.
My understanding is that you can export the alignment, profile, and corridor to Openroads right now. But if you want the model you see inside Openroads in a dgn file it will just give you a shell of the model inside a dgn file.
