Cross section - annotation -> axes - Inroads

Dear Users,

currently I try to do Cross section as in example: 

 

few examples with only 1 axes (down axes).

When I do that, one cross sections = one axes.

Any idea how to change it?

    As you can see as the forum title we have four different civil apps from Bentley with each in different versions. How could some help without getting tired in asking Questions.  like what software do you use?
