For ORD, How to print the elevation label?

A couple of basic questions, before we get into the more complex possibilities.

Is the level set to PLOT? What color are the labels (color 255,255,255 will plot as white and be invisible)?

this morning, I checked the color and layer of elevation label. with its default color setting of text style,  the elevation label can not be seen after printing. after changing the color and background color of  elevation label, the printing gets right.

I am using OpenRoads Designer.
