Hi,
How to get Design Standard.dgnlib and Superelevation definitions from the files (that is from Power Inroads SS 4)
1. In ORD default Design Standards folder, there is only one default DGNLIB file, when the other design standards which are from Power Inroads ss4 are added into relevant folder , ORD can not recognize these DGNLB files, even opening these DGNLB files, it tells me that "The Civil Data found in this file is not supported by OpenRoads Designer"
2. In Power Inroads SS4, I find there are many files in Superelevation folder, see the following screenshots:
In Power Civil for China, I find there are 2 types of superelevation data, that are .sel and .srl
But in ORD Superelevation folder , there is only one file:
3. Question
How to get the correct Design Standard and Superelevation definitions files from the v8i files (that are from Power InRoads ss 4) ?
or how to customize these files?
Thanks and best regards,
Looking forward to your reply!

Hi Nico,
Thanks for your reply!
I have watched the video completely. but it is not about the Design Standard and Superelevation definitions migration.
So, I still do not understand how to convert the standard file and superelevation file to ORD file.
Could you please tell me how to do it ?
thanks
Try opening the dgnlibs in ORD Connect so it can convert the file to the ORD format. Try opening it and saving the dgnlibs. Then see if it will read correctly when you open the workspace/workset/
The superelevation files are not DGNLIB format in Power Inroads ss4
So, how to convert these files to XML file ?
Please refer to the help to create the super, You can refer the 'OpenRoads Help', under OpenRoads Modelling ribbon > Home. In OpenRoads Help document, go to Corridors > Calculate > Edit Superelevation Rule File. It gives all the details for editing superelevation rule file.
