Hi.
We have many drawings that are opened with wrong font in PowerCivil regardless of workspace settings. The files look fine in Microstation.I have attached a dgn and two jpgs showing how the file looks in PowerCivil and MicrostationAll fonts in the attached file should be Arial or Arial Narrow, but on my side they are X-OPTA3S (last font in the list) and P8221191 in PC. Both of these are shx fonts. When I key-in "delete unused fonts", then compress all, the file looks good in PowerCivil.
Does anyone have any ideas for solving this issue? It seems strange that I suddenly have to delete fonts to get the correct fonts.

Hi Thomas,
I would look at some of the MicroStation wiki articles on fonts. Here's one about managing fonts: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/15830/need-to-manage-fonts-rename-move-description-number. Here's another one that I think will be helpful: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8817/fonts-in-microstation. Your PowerCivil may be pointing to a different rsc file than the one your MicroStation is point to.

Hi, Holly.
Thanks, but I have been looking into the rsc files, but whatever I do, nothing changes. I cant't really understand why rsc and shx should be any issue at all when I am using TrueType fonts.
I am struggling to find out why the X-OPTA3S and P8221191 fonts are pulled in at all. I can't find them at all in my system.
Could you please try to open the dgn in the attached zip-file just to see if the problem can be replicated in PowerCivil on your side?

I opened the file in PowerCivil for NA, and the file looks correct.
Thanks for taking your time to test the issue. It's always nice to know if the problem can be replicated. (I like it best when it can, but I can't be that lucky each time)
