[PowerCivil SS4 .878] Font problem only in PowerCivil

Question

Hi. 
 We have many drawings that are opened with wrong font in PowerCivil regardless of workspace settings. The files look fine in Microstation. I have attached a dgn and two jpgs showing how the file looks in PowerCivil and Microstation All fonts in the attached file should be Arial or Arial Narrow, but on my side they are X-OPTA3S (last font in the list) and P8221191 in PC. Both of these are shx fonts. When I key-in "delete unused fonts", then compress all, the file looks good in PowerCivil. 
 
 Does anyone have any ideas for solving this issue? It seems strange that I suddenly have to delete fonts to get the correct fonts.

 I would look at some of the MicroStation wiki articles on fonts. Here's another one that I think will be helpful: https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8817/fonts-in-microstation . Your PowerCivil may be pointing to a different rsc file than the one your MicroStation is point to.
