Help button never gets me Help

Question

While in the Create Template dialog, clicking the Help button gets me a blank help box. How is this fixed, with a variable? Not sure what is the cause.

It's always been that way!!! ; ) 
 Sorry, I couldn't resist : ) 
 But seriously, the exact same thing happens to me. Just go to the OpenRoads Help on the Task menu, and then search or browse for the topic that you want.
