Is it possible to use two linking codes for the same point? For instance, in our office we use 758 to start a chain, 816 to start a curve, and 502 for back of curb. Is it possible to use the point code 758816502 to start a back of curb chain at the beginning of a curve? So far I have not had success with this, but it would save our surveyors time if they did not have to shoot two shots right next to each other in order to start a chain and a curve. I am using Project Explorer in MS to bring in my points.

Please illustrate your request with, preferably, an example DGN file. Like Bob, I'm not familiar with your work, and can't easily visualise what it is that you want to achieve.

In Microstation, when I use Project Explorer to import points into my drawing, I have access to a wide variety of linking codes:
Some of which perform two actions at once. For instance, StartPC begins a chain and begins a curve at a single survey point. But, in Geopak I am not offered these linking codes
, and there does not seem to be a way to combine linking codes to achieve something like a chain that begins on a curve. Do you know of a way to combine linking codes? Also, is there a way to use Control Codes in Geopak? Such as RECT (seen in the first picture).
the first picture is from MS:
, right click on IDOT, or whatever your seed file is, and select properties. You will find the dialog under linking codes.
and the second picture is from Geopak under project preferences.
Your screenshot shows that you are exploring the Civil Standards resource. Civil Standards is, I believe, provided by GeoPak. Those of us using plain old MicroStation can't see that resource. You'd be better off posting your question to the GeoPak Forum.

, you can select project explorer here under survey processing. What version of Microstation are you using?
As Jon stated this is a civil part of a program that isn't delivered by plain Microstation.

Project Explorer is part of MicroStation. It's been there since MicroStation V8i and remains in MicroStation CONNECT.
GeoPak is a vertical application that uses MicroStation as its platform. It provides many tools that help you perform your work more efficiently. One of those tools is an AddIn for Project Explorer. Those of us using plain old MicroStation (whatever the version) don't see the Survey Processing section in Project Explorer, nor any of the survey tools in that section.
You'd be better off posting your question to the GeoPak Forum.
