I just updated InRoads SS4 from SS2, and I'm trying to set up my preferences. I open my .XIN files, but when I want to use Project Options Preferences options is empty. I want to add NYSDOT in my preferences list. Where should I put it?

Can you not find the command or are you saying the list of preferences is blank and doesn't include the saved list of preferences?
To get to the project Options, you go to File > Project Options. Then you can go to Preferences. Is this what you have done but you don't see anything?
Do you have anything listed under the Preferences for any other command (i.e. View Stationing) or if you go to the Tools > Style Manager, do you see a list of any style? It could be related to the following issue if you are on a new Windows update along with the new SS4 program:

Yes, the preferences list was empty, I downloaded msxml.msi and it solved the problem. Thank you!!
