Hello-
I am using Powercivil V8 XM and have some questions about the Subdivision Wizard. Does it work dynamically? Is there anyway to tie it to the centerline of the street so that when the street horizontal geometry changes, the lot layouts would change accordingly?
Any help is much appreciated.

Depends on your definition of dynamic. It is dynamic while laying out, but once the layout is writtent to GPK the property lines are just that, lines. There are not any relationships between them to allow updates if one changes.
The tool works off a parcel and is not based on the centerline. So you need to create a parcel which follows the outside boundary and internal rights of way, then use this parcel for the tool. Most people find it best to create multiple parcels and work in sections, rather than one huge parcel covering the entire subdivision. (Depending on size of subdivision of course)
