I have processed an existing survey with dtm of an intersection of two roads. Another party has designed the alignment and profile and is currently referenced into my dgn. How do I import the alignment and profile into by dgn where I can utilize the Active Chain Control for current utility crossings?

Nevermind on the help. Used the COGO to describe and visualize the elements from the reference dgn to my project dgn. Interesting way to do it, better, totally different from my previous training.
