cell replacement

I have a piece of text that got laid down when cogoing some points. The object that got laid down is text and it's name in the "element information" box is just "A", but it show's up as a circle. Apparently I forgot to load the cell library and this is what happened.

Is there a way to replace all the text's named "A" with a cell without doing it one by one?
