Why am I getting "Run-time error '13':Type mismatch" every time I'm trying to create a custom earthwork style.

Is it when you try to perform a particular operation when in the custom earthworks wizard. eg change the number of elements or an element slope or as soon as you get in to the wizard ?

I'm getting this while trying to save the earthwork style with a new name. This error is followed by "Run time error 91:object variable or with block variable not set".
