I imported terrain and an aerial from the Geo Coordination Services and that worked fine but I recently received a .tin from the surveyor and I was able to import that just fine and it came in at the same location as the terrain model from the Geo location Services, but now I cannot get any raster images to import! Everytime I try and import a jpg I get the failure message that says "No GCS found" even though everything has been in the same coordinate system the entire time.
When I try and creating a new ConceptStation file and choose the option to "Import local files" without using Geo coordination services, the .tin file from the surveyor comes in fine but the jpg does not import at all. I have a world file associated with the jpg as well.
Thank you
Hi Chris,
Are you able to import the jpg into GEOPAK or InRoads successfully? I want to know if the problem could be with the jpg or with ConceptStation. If you can import it successfully, please send the tin and jpg and I will look into it.
Holly

Hi,
Could you please share your Dgndb file, tin and raster files so we can investigate the problem?
thanks,
Simon
I determined that the best way to get a higher resolution aerial into my model was to use the terrain from the geo services and then import my own aerial, it works fine every time I use this workflow.
I tried uploading the tin file I have from the surveyor here but I get an Error message on here as well. Is there any other way I could send you the tin and jpg?
You can send me the data using the instructions here: https://communities.bentley.com/help/w/be_communities_help/7079/communities-secure-file-upload. If this doesn't work, we can connect though email. Please send me the folder containing the dgndb and all necessary files associated with it. Then, send me the tin and jpg. Also, you can include either on this forum or in a word document when you upload the location of your file. Something like a road intersection would be helpful.
I'm having the same problem, were you able to find a solution to importing jpgs into ConceptStation? I also had no problem using tifs but the jpg is a different story.
Thank you.
