Hi Simon, I actually figured it out earlier this afternoon. We had a mismatch of units between the jpgs and the seed file we were using. Our seed file was not accepting metric units, but we’ve reprocessed the jpgs into survey feet and everything worked as planned.

Thanks for your response!

You can send me the data using the instructions here: https://communities.bentley.com/help/w/be_communities_help/7079/communities-secure-file-upload. If this doesn't work, we can connect though email. Please send me the folder containing the dgndb and all necessary files associated with it. Then, send me the tin and jpg. Also, you can include either on this forum or in a word document when you upload the location of your file. Something like a road intersection would be helpful.

Are you able to import the jpg into GEOPAK or InRoads successfully? I want to know if the problem could be with the jpg or with ConceptStation. If you can import it successfully, please send the tin and jpg and I will look into it.
