When I download terrain and imagery in Open Road Concept Station.
the resulting view is a very low-resolution image.
Could you please advise how to resolve the issue.

We have a new version out and you can use bing maps.

Correct, you can use Bing Maps with ORCS Update 6 or use the workaround detailed in this post

I have downloaded Update 6 now, but I am facing another issue when I try to download high-resolution terrain as per photos attached. Any idea why is that?

I've had a quick look at this and can access the terrain data (which is coming from Geoscience Australia). I'd say the issue you are currently experiencing may be related to security or access controls applied by your IT. I have added a link here which may help you (and your IT overcome)
