Is there any any advantage in converting a GSF from XM to v8i other than compatibility with other verticals?
The advantages to converting to V8i are listed in the "Readme_GEOPAK.chm" file in the "Geopak" folder or wherever you installed V8i.
Many new + improved for Site, and even more for the entire Suite.
The only disadvantage I see is that the GSF will not be backwards compatible with older versions; however it says you can open old GSF's without converting to the new format.
