How can a fillet be added to two tangents on a complex element?

If you mean a curve between PIs, there is the Horizontal insert Fillet tool in the Horizontal Geometry tasks
If you mean an actual fillet, try the Simple Arc tool in the Horizontal Geometry tasks

Mary,
Thank you for the quick replay. I tried the simple arc, but it does not accept the second element. I believe this is because I have complexed the individual elements. I don’t want to drop the complex element since a profile has been established and is being used as a target in the corridor.
I also attempted to use the Horizontal insert fillet too. I located the first tangent, then located the vertex that already exist between the first and second tangent. The tool reports there is no solution. I was going to delete the vertex and recreate with the Horizontal Insert Fillet tool but could not find a way to delete the vertex.
I’m not certain what I’m doing wrong, but I do know a fillet will work between the two tangents, see screenshots attached.
Good Evening Mr. W: The arc between elements tool should work. Notice the text on the first prompt which includes "...ALT to pick elements of a complex. " Hold the ALT key when pick the first tangent and then the second tangent must also be a part of the same complex.

Do not continue to hold the ALT key down, just push it once then select the first and then the second element.
Thanks for the help. I need to read the prompts better.
