Hi,
About Openroads CpnceptStation (Version: cnst10000645en )
I find that the bridge is invisible when placing a bridge, after importing the. alg file. (The green map is from. tin file.)
How to do?Obviously, it is not by hide or unhide tool.
Please watch the following video.

Looking forward to your reply!

I tried this using my own data, and did not see this behavior. Have you tried editing the vertical to see if it will create the bridge under certain circumstances? Have you tried using a different alg? It could be data specific if I cannot reproduce the issue. Have you tried creating a new dgndb from scratch to see if you get the same result? If you can, upload your data, and I can try it on my computer with your data: https://communities.bentley.com/help/w/be_communities_help/7079/communities-secure-file-upload.

Hi Herring,
Thanks for your reply.
I have tried many times, editing the vertical geometry, and even importing different geometry format(.xml, and .alg) file, but this issue still exists.
I have uploaded files, and file name is “In Openroads Conceptstation, the bridge is invisible.zip”There are 6 files in the ZIP packages1. RoadGeometry.alg2. RoadGeometry2.xml3. Position, GCS and PCS of project.jpg4. Terrain.tin5. the position of bridge.png6. Wrong bridge structure position.png
Firstly, with “4 Terrain.tin” file, you could new a project based on the project’s GCS and PCS in OpenRoads Conceptstation(OCS).
Secondly, please import “1. RoadGeometry.alg” to OCS, and place the bridge in its position, you may find that the bridge structure is invisible.
Thirdly, please delete the geometry which is imported in the second step, and then import the “2. RoadGeometry2.xml”, and place the bridge in its position, you may find that the structure is out of position.
So, What I should do? the project is very very very urgent!
Sincerely,
Zhengpeng, your ELS client
Could you make sure that you have the Bridge category displayed? (Nevermind, I have your dataset and we are looking into the issue.)
Of course yes! Because I never change the Bridge Category Display setting after placing the bridge.
Thanks for sending us the data. Development was able to review your data, and found that ConceptStation v10.00.06.45 does not like the back to back switchback spiral-curve-spiral (SCS) situation. If you leave a short tangent section between ALL SCS curves on that alignment, the bridge will show up in the correct location. They will be addressing this defect in a future release.
