Is there a PDF document, or hard back copies for OpenRoads Training?
You could google around some different state Departments of Transportation - some of them may have user manuals, but I'm not sure how many states have upgraded to OpenRoads.
The Bentley LEARN server has a ton of online training, and I believe most of those (although maybe not all) have PDF workbooks.
