Can ConceptStation import road template or bridge template from other file sources? other than dgndb file? if cannot how can i do that?

Zuera, these file cannot be imported in ConceptStation. They are earthwork styles. The file type is not supported in OpenRoads ConceptStation.

Is there any other templates file format that can be imported in ConceptStation? Perhaps templates from OpenRoad Designer?

You cannot import templates from ORD into Conceptstation. Conceptstation supports specific components and single Cut/Fill end condition per side, as the product is targeted for preliminary or conceptual design. The ORD templates are much more complex. Templates built with Conceptstation can be exported to ITL format and imported into ORD.

For your project, you will have to recreate the templates that you need in Conceptstation. You will probably have to simplify some of them.
