I created a simple 3D model inside Microstation and I want to import it into ConceptStation but when I try to, I get the error message in the picture below.
Thank you
Please provide the DGN and the dgndb file you are using so we can recreate the issue. You can place them on our ftp site. ftp:/ftp.bentley.com/pub/incoming/
Does your dgn and the dgndb share the same coordinate system? That would be the first thing I would check.

Beebe,
I have uploaded the files, please let me know if you need anything else.
Please provide the names of the files.
3D Bridge model_2.dgn
N. Airfield Dr Bridge_2.dgndb
I select the "all" option on the Import dialog and it is successful. If I select Project Extents then it fails. That tells me your coordinates are different in the dgn file versus the db file.
Check the x,y,z on a point in the dgn file and the same point in the db file and see what you get.

Yes, I just realized that. It was importing the model but in a different area. I also had to try out different options in the workspace pulldown to get the materials to show up. But now it works and I got the model in there.
