Geopak Drainage warning message: links having coincident end points

Question

What does this message mean? for example, Link 1 is from Node 1 to Node 2 and Link 2 is from Node 2 to Node 3. Link 1 and Link 2 do share the common node of Node 2, but why I got this warning - Link 1 and Link 2 have coincident end points?

That just means that the pipes connect to the same pipe connection point location on the node. So if you were to cut a profile later you would only see a single line representing the node in profile. The program is just letting you know just in case you want the pipes to connect to a different pipe connect point location around the node.
