When I come to Visualize mode, and use Characters or Cars etc., I failed to download the contents from LumenRT.
My question are:
Do I need to download the contents from internet? Are there contents in local files?
Why I'm unable to contact server?

I have tried this and I can not find where it is extracting the data to. I have looked in the folders that are shown and they are empty. Where is the data going? If I can find it I can copy it to the folder it says to.
