Is it possible to edit the clearance.xls file to include a column that indicates which side of the alignment a COGO point is on? I know that it reports -/+ values but I want something that will report LT/RT.
Thanks
Yes... here is an example of what you add:
<td align="left" lang="en">
<xsl:if test="@firstOffset > 0 ">Right</xsl:if>
<xsl:if test="@firstOffset < 0 ">Left</xsl:if>
</td>

Thanks that worked perfectly. Another question I have is; can I have the offset report only positive values? I would like it to read "56.43 LT" instead of "-56.43". Obviously it needs the negative value to test if it is Left or Right but I am wondering if I can truncate that in the report.
This should do it...
<td align="right">
<xsl:choose>
<xsl:when test="@firstOffset < 0">
<xsl:value-of select="inr:distanceFormat(number(-1 * @firstOffset), $xslDistancePrecision)"/>
</xsl:when>
<xsl:otherwise>
<xsl:value-of select="inr:distanceFormat(number(@firstOffset), $xslDistancePrecision)"/>
</xsl:otherwise>
</xsl:choose>
Awesome, thanks. Worked like a charm.
