While using Corridor Modeler, I am having issues with the Roadway Designer dialogs holding location and size - Create Template, Point Controls, Parametric Constraints. I am also experiencing difficulty getting my cross section window to hold its settings for current offsets, display backbone. This is a multi-year project that is 90% designed. It isn't feasible to switch to Open Roads. I am running Microstation SS4 08.11.09.838 and Geopak SS2 08.11.07.629.

The dialog settings are stored in the registry. See picture. You can delete the entry and see which will return the dialog to default and then try to reposition it and see if it holds.
