Question

Hi, 
 How can I create Vertical change in Profile from SS4 the same in ORD Plan Annotation the same for Speed annotations.

 Go To Annotation Groups/Linear, and there is an option for annotation definition to choose which points you need to annotate, this should work for you:

I think you will not get preview working with vertical items for plan annotation definitions. I gues for preview software has just embeded horizontal. However you can deal with this. Annotate any horizontal with your annotation group in a dgn file. Annotation Group will be copied to this dgn from dgnlib. Now you can edit annotation as you need and Annotate Model whenever you feel you need preview. This way you work with dgn and will not populate your dgnlib with civil data etc - keep dgnlib as clean as possible. When you think your annotation definitions are fine, export it to XML, and import back to dgnlib. 
 
 This is my workaround for profile annotations - preview doesn't work for frame/tabular annotation groups.
