The GeoPAK tools conveniently have a tool that creates a *.geo from channel cross sections that may be directly imported into HECRAS. I know that ArcGIS has a piggy-back program called HECGeoRAS that creates the same file type, but I haven't had much success with it. Also, it would be convenient to do design primarily in Bentley as opposed to including Arc. From what I can see, the Open Roads tools don't have a similar capability. Is this correct?

The OpenRoads technology does not have the ability to do this, but there is an enhancement request filed for development to add this to OpenRoads Designer: Enhancement 679717 - Export terrain to HEC-RAS geometry.
