Plan View Labeler in OpenRoads

Where do we find the Plan View Labeler in OpenRoads to label Sta. Offsets and other types of labels?

when through all the annotation lessons. But, when were labeling with plan labeler in ORD I can not place the text at different angles. the text is always horizontal 0 or 360. is there a way to place…

ORD is setup to annotated plan views in a drawing model. To annotate your design you need to create a drawing model from a named boundary. The software will attach your design model live nested and rotate…
