You can use civil accudraw to place an element on a station.

How do I find a station? using something similar to DP OFFSET in Geopak.

Yep, that may be the "solution" but it's an entirely unacceptable solution.

ORD is setup to annotated plan views in a drawing model. To annotate your design you need to create a drawing model from a named boundary. The software will attach your design model live nested and rotate it , so the 0 degree text will work. The problem now is you are working with a rotated and moved reference file. Unfortunately, Bentley really hasn't caught on to how much of a problem this can be for civil users.

Any update on this topic? The text rotation is definitely an issue. You can rotate the text manually but that'll be very time consuming. There must be a better solution than rotating manually or just going back to V8i and Geopak labeling tools.

Also wondering if there are any tools similar to Plan View Labeling, Profile Labeling, or DP Station Offset in OpenRoads for design purposes. These tools were helpful for more than just production/labeling and provided a quick and easy way to grab stations and offsets or draw guides at specific points.

when through all the annotation lessons.

But, when were labeling with plan labeler in ORD I can not place the text at different angles. the text is always horizontal 0 or 360. is there a way to place the text at different angles like the GeoPak Labeler?

Are you using OpenRoads Designer Connect Edtion? If so you would use the Place Civil Label under Drawing Production. There are some on-demand learning classes you can watch for how to use and setup of the various tools.
