Am getting the QVAserver error when am trying to open Vertical alignment design(Screen shot attached). Can anyone help me out how to resolve the same or reason for getting this error.
Software- MX Road V8i-SS4

Can you try to copy the model.fil of this project to a new folder and create a new project. When asked "Click No to retain the model.fil" click NO.
Open the design model and check if the vertical design works.
If still the problem persist, can you check with another project. If this issue is project specific, can you send the dataset
