I have a query regarding to create a template, we plan to create a tunnel we have a 2D line diagram, but for creating tunnel we need to create a template (.itl format) in open roads, any options for convert 2D line diagram in to template, we try that in latest microstation version but we didnt find any option there, if it is possible kindly guide me to how we do that

Hi Rajan,
Yes it's possible, you can use OpenRoads Designer update 1 for this.
Unfortunatley it's not available in update2 due a bug
You have to create a 2D section. NOTE: templates can't have curves in it, it has to be build up on short straights See image
After import you have to make the points in the template smart.
