&lt;p&gt;Yes I agree with your comment a bit painful when using the software all day long... Therefore I use a function key with &amp;quot;choose none&amp;quot; set to it. If you are using the Bentley default funckey.mnu for ORD this is already set on the F4 key. &lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t think there is. I have got into the hbit of ging back to the element selection tool. Let me have a further look at finding a workaround.&lt;/p&gt;
