Is there a method to export both the top corridor mesh via Export tin or dtm in addition to the corridor's components? This is for import into SS2 to display cross sections there. I can get the top surface to import as a tin but need the components as well.

No, there is no way to export the components to an SS2 surface. You will have to cut the cross sections using the SS4 tools.
