In my PC not able to select Element Selection Option. Please find the attachment. This particular video, if i have selected arrow button, but still showing + mark.

The Element selection tool is docked at the right hand side, can you undock it and change the method to "Individual". Hope this helps.

What happen if that Element Selection dialog box disappear? It does not docked at anywhere.
So, what we can do to have it back and floating as usual?

From the "Task Manager" you can select the "Element Selection".

But, that kind of problem happened in OpenRoads CE.

You can go to the "OpenRoads Modelling" Ribbon and all the tabs like Home, terrain etc should have the "Element Selection" option.
