Hi all. I am working on railroad drainage and using SUE with Powerrail track SS4. My co-worker is creating 3d mesh from template drops, but due to some problems with ss3 and ss4, he has to work in SS2.I would like to be able to see his mesh elements in my profile view window in order to see if I am achieving enough clearense on my links and nodes. I can't seem to be able to have anything but terrain models display in the profile view window and having his mesh displayed there would greatly help in the working process.
I know it would perhaps be smarter to have a different process but I am only a small part of the machinery when it comes to railupgrade projects and most of my co-workers are using SS2 and is sticking to producing mesh, so I have to play ball and see if I can make it work
Thank you in advance for any help, tips or ideas.

My first thought would be to create a terrain from the mesh element. I assume when you refer to a mesh from the templates, they are taking the Designer and creating a Surface (DTM), then displaying the triangles as a 'mesh' element, correct? So what if you tried to import this mesh element into a Terrain from Elements. Then you have a 3D terrain model which will appear in the profile view.

That would add in extra steps where I have to create a terrain model from his mesh, and he is adjusting his mesh from my input. Which will end up in me having to create a terrain model each time he has created a new mesh. He can't create a terrain model since it will crash his SS2, and mesh is the only way that will keep the files stable.
