What about clash detection?

Question

In the connect edition version of openroads has disappeared the clash detection tool. Open Bridge modeler has not the tool also. Why? Is it going to appear in later versions? 
 I don't understand the reason for get off a so important tool for verifying roads designs as clearance between top road surface and bottom bridge surface.

 Thanks to Subsurface utilities we still have clash detection in ORD, but it creates a SUDA database in the DGN annoyingly. 
 
 Bentley have removed clash detection from Microstation CONNECT so its now gone from all dependant products. Probably a marketing decision to sell Navigator better unfortunately...
