I want to edit the application pull-down menu throughout the organization to remove Storm & Sanitary since we are not licensed for it. I can't quite figure out how.
We use configuration

RE: Customize Applications>Inroads Group Menu Question: How?

for what it's worth I wrote a batch file to rename the unlicensed modules - this is actually the Bentley way to do this as per

https://communities.bentley.com/products/road___site_design/w/road_and_site_design__wiki/21014/can-i-disable-unlicensed-products-that-are-downloaded-with-inroads-suite

InroadsDeactivate.bat

ECHO OFF
ECHO Deactivate Inroads Applications
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\InRoads Group V8.11\bin\
ren stormsan.exe stormsan.ex_
ren InRailSuiteAT.dll InRailSuiteAT.dl_
ren bridge.exe bridge.ex_
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\InRoads Group V8.11\bin\products
ren StormAppAT.dll StormAppAT.dl_
ren RailAppAT.dll RailAppAT.dl_
ren BridgeAppAT.dll BridgeAppAT.dl_
PAUSE

... deactiveates the modules that show up in the script. You get two error messages about the missing dll if you try to run one. I still would like to remove the option from the menu - renaming or deleting files is a workaround.
