When I try to download the maintenance release of Power InRoads 08.11.09.904 (04/24/2018)
I get the following message:
cdnllnw.bentley.com’s server IP address could not be found.
I was just able to successfully download this version using Chrome. Have you tried again recently? Have you tried a different web browser? Do you have any settings or firewalls that could be preventing the download?

I've logged a TR/SR so someone from support might be able to tell me the specifics. I have Chrome and IE and both failed.
Our IT people keep things pretty tight here. I'll need more information than I have to put in a request with them. which is why the TR/SR seemed to be the next step for me.

Well you don't need to do much technical.
When any sites show This site can't be reached error it happens most of the times due to dns issues.
It is an easy fix. Just follow this solution to flush dns.
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushDNS
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set DNS
netsh winsock reset
Lastly, just reset your PC or the device and see if it makes any changes.

Where on Bentley's website are you finding this 08.11.09.904 maintenance release? All I'm seeing is a Product Download for InRoads Suite V8i 08.11.09.903.
