Pivoting Method for super elevation in MX Road

Question

Hi All, 
 Can Someone explain me the pivoting methods available in MX Road for super elevation. I know the first three but can not understand another three (in green box)

The bottom left method is pivoting about the carriageway edge, with the crown (centreline) and other edge being amended. The two on the right are for single camber roads i.e. no centre crown, and are either raising or lowering the other edge.
