I have managed to use point controls to control the Kerbs and Verges however the central surface template has not stretched with it.
It feels as if the central surface template is 'locked'. Its not recognized as a corridor so i can't use horizontal feature constraints.
I am a fairly inexperienced user however i have retired all options. Does anyone know how to fill the gaps shown below?
Any help appreciated

I am facing the same issue, while using Civil Cells.
The linear templates can be point controlled ex: ditch flowlines, toe line, etc.
But, I have a tapering road going from 12' to 9', which cannot be point controlled since it is a surface template!
Is there a solution for this?
Thanks,
Abhiram
Thank you,
This is the exact problem i am having!
I hope there is a solution.
Thanks for the reply!

Looking at your screen shot it looks like that is the 2D view with the 3d model referenced in. It will do that by default. First thing I do is switch off the 3d view in the 2d view by the reference dialog. If you want to see both models on your screen hit F9 on the key board. Now while you can control a civil cell by a point control I usually control them via the geometry that is built into the cell when it was created. With the 3d model now switched off you should be able to easily click on the fillet. This should bring up the radius edit that and that should fill in the area for you as the surface template is ruled to the fillet. Now also remove your point control and then click on the edge feature you should now see an offset controlling that feature use that to control your side road width. Hope this helps.
