Hi,
When entering a slope of say 50% it jumps up to 5000%.
Can this be fixed in an upcoming update?
Josh
Hi Josh
Are you editing an existing template or creating a new one ? Not that it should make any difference.
Just confirm your work flow please ?
I'm going in to a template and then picking a point, then Right Hand Mouse Edit Point. Then you are changing one of the constraints and want to put a lope of 50 % in ?
Is this your workflow ? r have I misunderstood ?
Thanks

Hi Simon,
I've not paid enough attention to know if it only occurs when creating a new template or if it happens when editing an existing template.
Currently I'm creating new templates and I am following a similar work flow to what you have described above. Double click on a point, select Slope, type 50, Enter, result is 5000%
It's a huge deal but obviously it shouldn't happen.
If you type 50 - without the % sign - it will multiply by 100 to give you 5000%. Type 50% - this is how it has always been.
Could it not automatically assume that I am entering a percentage value?
There is a reason the software doesn't assume all values are percentage. You can enter ratio values as well for slopes 1/6 = 16.6667%, 1/4 = 25%, 1/3 =33.333% etc...
Ah, understood
