Just wondring if anyone has any suggestions for solving this. We have InRoads XM running with ProjectWise XM and they all share the same configuration and point to the same XIN yet one workstation is running about 20x slower. It can take over a minute to display a small DTM.

Have you made sure that ther is not some environment variable that is causing a problem? There are a lot of things that could be affecting this particular machine.
You may want to consider contacting support on this one so the proper amount of time and effort in debugging can be provided.
