Hi All
I am having trouble exporting profiles and cross sections from OpenRoads to Microstation. All data (chainage, elevations, offsets) are converted to ####. Is this a set-up problem or a bug, and what could be the solution?
I would like to reproduce this. What is your workflow? Also what version numbers of the software are you using?

Hi Marcus
This might help you.

Jake,
I understand this process. Are you simply saving the dgn and the sheets have been created and opening the file in MicroStation? What version of microstation do you have?
The problem is that the text fields are trying to be updated when opening the file in MCS. The fields cannot be evaluated because the ORD calculation engines are not present since you are not in ORD. You can do one of two thing to prevent this: 1) Set the flag in the model properties to force the update of fields to be off while running MSC 2) Use a CFG var in the MCS environment to force evaluation to be off.
