I am importing old GEOPAK Drainage projects into SUDA. When doing this none of the Feature Definitions and most of the properties need to be updated. I have to manually change all Feature Definitions and most of the properties in the Utility Properties which can take a long time for a big project. Is there a way to just update one node and SUDA recognize all nodes with the same Feature Definition and update them automatically?
Generally, with the GEOPAK drainage data, the node name has to match a feature definition in your library for it to map the new FD to the drainage nodes in SUDA. I am not sure if this was something added in ORD CONNECT or if it were available in the SS3/SS4 versions of the product.
As for your question on the workaround, there isn't a utility that will go through the process, but you can try to add elements to a selection set and do a mass 'Set Feature definition' to assign the feature definitions to the elements/nodes.
