Error in Generating AutoCAD file from MX Road

Question

Dear Sir/Madam 
 We are using MX Road Suit SS4 Version 08.11.08.879. We are unable to create AutoCAD drawings from MX Suit. Whenever we do the process a error message shown by the MX Road Suit. A Screenshot is attached for showing the error.

 I wish to know one thing that for each and every time converting drawings into CAD the whether the process is need to be repeated or it is one time process.
