ORD U3 - Superelevation display on Longsection

Hi,

I am trying to add superelevation diagram onto my longsection.  I can add the schematic diagram, but cannot seem to get any crossfall annotation to appear on this diagram.

In the Manage Annotations dialogue i have tried inserting cross slope annotation under the main superelevation title box, with various options of XS Left Slope Annotation and cross section Tabular data - crossfall options tried, which appear to be the only two options relating to the display of xfall annotation.

Attached is a screenshot of what iam able to generate and a screenshot of the setting that i am using for generating the superelevation on the profile. 

If anyone can advise what i am doing wrong, or a work around, it would be appreciated.
